A. I have always been told that your own physician can tell you best...also depends on your age and what your health is. Example: I take Foltx, a prescription for B6, B12 and folic acid...always ask the doc

Please help! I've got the vegetarian blues!?
Q. Please help me...I feel horrible... I "converted" to vegetarianism over a month ago. I wanted to do the right thing, and my sister and stepfather calling me a hypocrite for not squishing bugs but eating meat gave me the final push. My mother thinks I'm not a true vegetarian, just a "non-meat-eater" because I loved the taste of meat and don't like vegetables, and of the very few vegetables we have in the household (lettuce mostly) I eat most of the vegetables and meals I do these days with Ragu tomato sauce, as I love the taste of it and makes anything taste better to me. My mother won't cook any vegetarian meals (I cook all of my meals, if you can call pasta, boca burgers, and Ragu cooking), and she gets mad at me for not eating with… [cont.]

A. "I love arabs" doesn't seem to groom or excercise your horse for your 100 per week! Is your tack cleaned? Are you really being charged for use of the school, too? Is the rubber matting moulded to the floor space in the box or just sheets laid down? If it's the latter, these need to be removed and scrubbed at least once a week as urine seeps through and gets rank. Also hay seeds and feed goes through too. Is the turn-out on good pasture? Is it skipped out every day? Is there plenty of fresh water supplied in the field/pasture/paddock and shelter? She also says "call us" but who and how to call isn't mentioned!!! Your vet's fees, farrier services and insurance is all on top of your 100 - I think you should look around a bit more.
