how do i use a food diary?
Q. I'm trying to lose 20lbs by March 15th. I've been keeping a food/exercise diary for the past week in which i write down all the foods i eat, how many calories i eat, and how many calories i burn exercising. what can i use all of this information for (like calculations) ?

A. I use my-calorie-counter.com it is wonderful, you can adjust the number of calories you want to take in, the carbs, fat etc. you can log what you do for exercise and all sorts. It has been a great help to me. Good luck :)
