A. Gram's Stain determines whether bacteria is gram-positive or gram-negative based on both chemical and physical properties of the cell wall. Crystal violet dissociates in aqueous solutions into (CV+) crystal violet and chloride (Cl ) ions. These ions penetrate through the cell wall/membrane. The CV+ ion interacts with negatively charged components of bacterial cells and stains the cells purple. Iodine (I or I3 ) interacts with CV+ and forms large complexes of crystal violet and iodine (CV I) within the inner and outer layers of the cell. When a decolorizer is added, it interacts with the lipids of the cell membrane. A Gram-negative cell will lose its outer membrane and the peptidoglycan layer is left exposed. A. The bank has the money gram and cannot give it to you until their investigation is done (it's the law, if you take in a fake dollar, they are required to keep it, regardless of your innocence). Even if you somehow prove it real, the bank will not give you the money until they are sure they can collect. Wait for the results (they are protecting you also), then proceed. A. Trust me..If you sent it by Money Gram and notified the scammers it HAS been picked up. If by some miracle it has not been picked up contact Western Union immediately and get them to cancel it, you may then get the money back to pay the bank back. Reguardless of if it was picked up or not you are the one who will be responsible for paying back your bank. This is because you are the one who presented the check as valid. The best thing you can do is call your bank up and talk to their fraud department. Perhaps they can get you on a plan to pay it back.
